I’m so excited to be sharing Jennie and Myles’ American Pharmacist Association engagement session with you today! When I began to talk with Jennie and Myles about where they wanted their portraits, they knew they wanted someplace that gave off a city chic vibe – pillars, steps, elegant architecture… so of course the American Pharmacist Association building came to mind. It’s a beautiful spot in Washington DC! Jennie and Myles agreed to come down from NYC to photograph their session here – and it was just so much fun!
American Pharmacist Association Engagement Session
While at college, Jennie and Myles met during Myles’ fraternity’s annual powderpuff game. Jennie decided to sign up that year and Myles wound up being her coach! She figured something was up when he made sure she was always paired with him for drills. As she told me, from that point on, the rest was history! Before long, they were officially dating!
Earlier this year, Myles proposed on Roosevelt Island right along the water. It was a super romantic and special day for them both. He put so much thought into their engagement – and Jennie was just blown away. I know she still gets emotional talking about it! I loved watching them during our American Pharmacist Association engagement session. They just have so much fun together and I know they’re going to have a beautiful life together!
They currently live in NYC and will be getting married next year. I know they’re both looking forward to being with their family and friends to celebrate and enjoy their special day. After spending the day with them in DC, I can tell you for a fact it will be an incredible day for them both. Congratulations again, Jennie and Myles! I can’t wait for your spring wedding at the American Institute of Architects!
