Photography Tips

I’ve been a DC area wedding photographer for a few years now. And every year, I learn more about my couples and how I can better serve them, especially when it comes to alleviating their pain points. Wedding planning can be stressful enough without worrying about what you don’t know. Let’s be real: you don’t know what you don’t know. Seriously. That’s why I created my Bridal Guide for my couples. I want them to feel like they know what’s going on all the time – and never have to worry about what they don’t already know about wedding photography and their experience with me.

Why I Created a Bridal Guide

When I first started as a wedding photographer, I came to understand that my job extended far beyond showing up and taking pretty pictures. I really am there to help my couples from start to finish. For the last four months, I’ve poured my heart and soul into creating a comprehensive guide that would allow my couples to breathe a big sigh of relief. I’ve put together this guide so that it walks every couple I work with from their engagement session to the exit at the end of their wedding day. My goal was to make sure that the intimate details that are easily forgotten or best practice tips are included. It’s not just for your peace of mind. But also so that you are well informed to make decisions when it comes to planning your day.

My bridal guide is over 50 pages of information. I want you to be able to plan the best day, feel stress free, and be smiling all day long! After we’ve agreed to work together, you’ll receive this guide from me within the first few weeks. I encourage all couples to look through it and consider it your wedding guide. It is a great resource and a starting point to getting the ball rolling on all aspects of your day!
