Kimberly and Travis had an intimate LINE Hotel DC wedding day, surrounded by their closest friends and family. It was beautiful! And even though I know it wasn’t what they originally imagined, I’m so honored I was able to be a part of it.
It’s no secret COVID-19 has made wedding planning even more stressful than it normally is. Kimberly and Travis can attest to how hard this year has been for planning. Originally, they were going to tie the knot in a destination wedding in Puerto Rico. But, after trying to replan the ceremony numerous times thanks to the pandemic, they finally decided to toss the whole idea and get married in Washington DC.
Kimberly and Travis prepared for their wedding before a first look on the roof of the LINE Hotel DC. It was SO sweet. Even though they had a rainy day, they were smiling and in great spirits the whole time. Kimberly also did a first look with her father before their ceremony indoors. Their ceremony was cozy and intimate, with their families seated around them (on gorgeous blue couches, nonetheless!).
Afterwards, we were able to explore the building for their portraits. And after dinner, we had a break in the rain that resulted in a stunning rainbow. So, of course we headed up for more portraits on the roof! It was so worth it.
I know Kimberly and Travis couldn’t wait to be married, so congratulations to them both! I hope married life treats you well and wish you both a lifetime of love together!
