For weddings, most of my couples book about 9-12 months in advance, but portraits, engagements, and elopements do not need to be booked that far in advance. I absolutely love my Nikons! I always come with two cameras and a variety of lenses — this mama-of-four likes to be prepared! I also bring my own lighting equipment to help make any location work for the goals we have in mind.
I typically deliver edited wedding photos within 6 to 8 weeks. Portraits and engagement shoots have a faster turnaround and take about 2 weeks to get back.
I consider myself a photographer of the memorable moments in life. I love working with clients through the years to capture the milestones within a marriage. While I work mostly with weddings and micro weddings, I bring the same level of craft and care to portraits, elopements, events, and lifestyle photography. Second shooters can be so valuable for the moments you want to remember. My Beloved and Darling collections include a second professional photographer for that reason. You should consider having a second shooter on hand if you are having a first look reveal, if you have a large wedding party, or if you have a strong vision of what you want. Two photographers allow for fleeting moments to be captured from different angles, so they are especially valuable when you want to capture two reactions at once.

The vast majority of the images you receive will be in color, unless you specifically request otherwise. I find that some images are more profound in black and white, so I will change a few depending on my personal preference and what I think best captures the feeling and emotion of your photos.
